Quick Guide for all Schemes – search by city, country; scheme or vehicle type

This table gives you an overview of the schemes. Use the interactive table, and click the blue links for more details.
Please select first country, and then a vehicle button. Otherwise the query takes too long.
If you want to see just key schemes, please see here, where you can search all Europe, not country-by-country.

The table also shows the different phases of low emission zones, so you can plan your vehicle purchase and use.

Most schemes affect foreign vehicles (see "key schemes affect foreign vehicle column"). Physical schemes always affect foreign vehicles.

The table is interactive. For details, click on the weblinks for the city. To clear your search, please refresh the page.

Please note:
This table was last updated on the 2nd of May 2017.
These tables give summary data for each Scheme. The name of the city or the entry in the column has a link to full information on that Scheme.
Note: All towns in Lombardia and Emilia Romagna (Italy) have LEZs not listed separately in these tables, please see our Lombardia outside the cities and ER outside the cities pages
* m/c = motorcycles
** Campervans can be over or under 3.5T. For a campervan under 3.5T, please also use the search for vans as a guide; for a campervan over 3.5T, the search for lorries over 3.5T - however within this, some LEZs do not affect campervans - see our campervan FAQ for more details.

If you print this table out, please remember to check regularly for updates.
