The LEZ includes:

Permitted transit route through Via Perrone and Via Passalacqua as the only way to get to the Alpine area of Italy parking.

Cars (category M1): 08:00 – 18:00
Freight vehicles: 8:30 – 11:30 and 15:00-17:00
There is currently no Italian national scheme, but regional as well as individual city schemes.
